Hey, do you know an excited happening?!

i bought a car, tomorrow i will get it. the car dealer will deliver it to my place.

wow, wonderful and finally i got a car.

This is the website of my car model. (but it's really new compared with mine.
it has 23 years difference.)

I'm 4th owner(3 owners previously)
mileage is Approximately 16km/liter

                                                                      • -

what do you think ?!
I'm happy with it, because i can freely move to everywhere. i can be finally free from negotiation with auto driver, free from public transportation(limited option to go somewhere), can estimate my plan based on only my work.
and be familiar with local map, indian transportation manner, transportation sigh board and special local rule.

haha

Difference of Independence

Indian younger generation strongly feel they don't have much independence.
They are eager to be Western people for a independence part (not whole things)

young indian colleague and me discuss several topics lately..
One day he told me,
"we are not having that much independence like you japanese or western people are having.."
"parents disturb me, force me to do whatever they want me to do.."
"what they couldn't do that, they want me to do. if father wanted to be a business man, he force me to study to be a business man"
"we won't choose anything.."

he spoke out from deeper his mind.
seriously he said to me,
"we won't choose a wife. you can but we can't.."
"career, major course in a college, wife, job..."

but he told their advantage with smile,

"but if we get depressed, everybody surrounding him encourage him.
that's the only our advantage.."

then he was laughing.. actually..

After i heard his speech, i response,
"you are right, understand your situation, enough independence sounds good.
but one thing you should know,, it's a,, we also have to take a responsibility.
for example, we have to find out a future wife, have to choose our future plan, even if it fails
we can't complain we can't blame anybody.."

i also said seriously..
continued silence a minute, we look at some differently, i crossed my legs again and again..

then finished this topic.

we went to discuss the ordinary matter regarding with project, holiday's plan, food or else..

we can also say independence means freedom..

what do you think, we have freedom for our life but everything comes for us as a responsibility.
or
we have less freedom, but parents or other relation or teacher or friends can decide our life..

I've ever thought deeply this topic. i just thought we have freedom it's a quite natural thing..
but it wasn't. in other countries people don't have freedom like us..

if you come to see indian life, you can guess they live with happiness and cooperation spirit..
they sleep with them(not alone), they go to eat with them(not alone), they play with them(not alone).
they share all of things(don't posses individually)..

huuu..

kindness for anybody

Ah, bother me...
lots of my desire bother me..

my desire is like wanna do..., wanna be..., wanna get.... things...

you also have those desires don't you?

i think a strong desire makes our motivation improved..
while we are struggling to do something, it can give an energy.
it can make us refreshed.

but in other words, a strong desire might make somebody unhappy.
like a,,,
you are at a restaurant, you wanna eat a fried noodle, your friend wants a fried rice..(silly examle.. forget it..pls) it's a limited budget..
if one of both strongly desire your preferred dish,, one mighe be unhappy..

i wanna say, extreme desire bring people a bad situation..

what you want to do might be what people don't want to do.

so resolve such a situation,, it needs a kindness.

let me give an above silly example back,
before the guy order one of dishes, they make a promise "next time i follow what you want to eat..". , then they order..

it sounds good.

or before order,,, try to think a better option..
ask a waiter "could you mix a fried rice with a fried noodle??"

be kind...

exhausted...

ooh, gosh...

i got up at 5:30AM... today..
oh i have to describe what happened correctly...
noise at the 2nd floor woke me up.
I thought the sound was a part of dream,, unfortunately it's wrong... my god..

what happened was there was a gospel praying at there.. on every first day of the month.. today it's 1st Feb in India...

I couldn't get back to sleeep too noisy..
the sound from praying and loud music sound of CD player and prayer's singing voice could be heard from 30m distance place.

so today i got to the office at 7:10...doing internet browsing.. and chatting with colleague...

no rain, no money...

no rain, no money...

One of my colleague who is from villege side, told me yesterday,

"when can I go to Japan?
As soon as possible i want to go!!"

he looked serious...
yes, this conversation happens anytime.
so i wasn't surprised anything,,, that time.

but he stared at me then continued his talking,

"i need money for my family... father is farmer, you know in those days it's not been raining...3 more brothers are all studying...."

(oh, talks went to unexpected direction, Certainly, these days we don't have any rain days...)

i had complicated feeling,he surely works hard, we can recommend him to go japan if demanded posts of working in Japan are more,,,, but others also show us good performance like him, some are more than him...

Project Manger who is professional guy at workplace, he just eliminate project team members result&performance, then make a report says who can go work in Japan,,, who are not recommended yet..

nothing is changed even if poor guy said that he wants to work in Japan for his family..

or his impression might be worse.

End of Feb, some guys might go to japan, unfortunately, he is not among them.

In japan, it doesn't happen recently.Japan is mature country, i guess 90% of japanese are middle class worker...
Generally they never face on poor guys situation i mentioned above..
if one japanese faces on same problem in japan, i guess gorverment supports one and one's family. or private association support the association member...
this is we can call mature country, mature social structure..

this is the first experience i'm involved in this kind of developing country's matter..

What i can do for him is... what??
I will guide him how to do the good work, what is the good attitude toward a work in japan.
that's the thing i should do.
if his family matter will be worse in the future, i might do another thing...

is this bad for him? should I do something special for him?

mmm.

Spoken Language School... Japanese accent

Yesterday i earlier left the office, was boring. kill my time tried to see the spoken language class.
teacher is a wife of my friend who i met for buying a secand hand car...
yesterday, i called him not to buy a car, to see his wife's english spoken class.

ironically,,,

he might be dissapointed because he might expect i wanted to buy his car....

so after left the office i went to their place where spoken english class is being held...

I understood at one grance how they are teaching and class atmosphere...
they chatted with enjoyment..
teacher looked energetic,confident,educatable,wise,warm,kind,helphul and positive...

it sounds like no reason i don't apply for her class...

I often think what's the english everybody can understand.
no more "sorry?", no more "pardon??"

How can we speak in english everybody can understand only one time?
(everybody means several nationalities, several language skill...)

it bothers me so many times.
because obviously i speak with my country's accent.

the teacher answered my question,

i remember clealy her word,

"learn(copy) my english" with smile on her face, confidence...

additionally, she said,
better learn british english, american english is srang...
or indian english is nutral...worth to learn even if it's indian accent english...

long long loooong way to be there where i reach to be satisfied with my english proficiency...

haha..
